因為喜歡自然的環境，想晚上看星星，所以選擇這家民宿。總體感覺不錯，可以隨着自然日出而作，日落而息，早晨被大自然的各種聲音喚醒，公雞打鳴，蛐蛐鳴叫聲。夜晚沒有都市的喧囂，很安靜，如果天氣好可以看到滿天的繁星，北斗星，金星，大火星都閃耀着光芒，趕上正月十五還可以登高賞月，看着月亮一點點從東方升起，清晰明亮。房間掩映在梨園中，一進園撲面而來的是梨子的果香，滿園的梨樹，清脆香甜。山裡比城市温度低很多，尤其晚上很冷，穿了一兩棉褲+秋褲，還是感覺冷，特別是夜晚觀星，一定要穿帶厚衣服。中秋早晨温度最適宜，中午會比較熱，衹穿秋褲就行。當然穿衣還是要看個人體質，僅供參考吧。房間有熱水器，所以24小時熱水很不錯。房間裏設施還比較全，空調，熱水壺等等。周邊有國家天文台密雲站，密雲水庫，雲峯山遊玩。

在梨園裡開個民宿，老闆真的好厲害。我們租的獨棟木屋，設施不錯，二層帶個露台，能住5個人，打開窗户就摘梨，這種體驗是極好的，還會再來。

一直想住的雲峯山樹屋永遠訂不上 臨時在附近找到一個山上果園裡的木屋 可以遠眺密雲水庫 屋子不大六角型 但是挺高 感覺還算舒適 門前有一個自己的小露台 旁邊是一個觀湖的大露台 特別可心 中午開過來 烈日下先整了頓小燒烤 除了日頭大沒毛病 啤酒喝的有點懵 吹着山風睡了個午覺 果園裡的蛙鳴把我喚醒 去巡巡山再回來看夕陽喝點小酒

非常有特色的民宿，小木屋和帳篷散落在果園裡，小路邊隨處可見果實累累的梨樹，小徑邊是鮮花，室內設施很完備，很乾凈。民宿有一個觀景台，景色特別棒，日落景色無敵，可俯瞰水庫。果園還有個小小KTV，大家可以K歌，園裡有小蹦床，孩子很喜歡去玩。民宿的小狗狗鬧鬧也非常招人愛。到民宿會經過一條比較窄的路，走的時候可能會覺得走錯了，其實導航還是很準確的，大家跟着導航走，沒有問題，附近不老湖景區因為水源保護沒有能玩的地方，但半城子附近有玩水的地方，可以開車到水邊玩。希望對大家有幫助。

房間：有地暖是唯一的優點，房東還沒告訴我們。塵土味很重，有一間房的床鋪都沒鋪。肥皂已經過期一年沒有換。窗户玻璃也不太乾淨。各處的灰塵都不小。燒水壺臟的不想用…空調非常陳舊，一開機就是很重的灰塵。衞生間裝修的還行，但維護的一般。
院子：完全沒有清潔。雖然知道泳池不能用，沒有怎麼清潔可以接受。但旁邊的假山和荒廢一樣，上面有不少垃圾。院內的桌子和椅子完全沒有打掃，還有上一次客人的殘留。灶台臟的離譜，灶內還有殘留不知道多久的泔水…清潔工具完全沒辦法用，我們用自帶的工具掃桌椅才勉強能用。
其他：這個院子在街邊不在梨園裡，有點吵但室內還行。雖然是假期略微加價可以理解，但總體設施完全對不起2200塊的價錢。個人認為房東完全沒有誠意，小夥伴們避雷。

跨年時與朋友一起入住 電視無法開機看不了 空調不能和鍋一起用 四個房間空調不能同時開着 一晚上一直在跳閘 零下十幾度 屋裡特別冷還透風 空調沒法正常使用 回來以後大家都感冒了 馬桶沖不下去水 榻榻米床更是硬的睡不了覺 3400的價格太不值了 最差的一次體驗

感覺一般，房間不大，房間裏的洗手池有些低，洗臉洗手腰容易酸。這個房間是在山頂，不算高，爬山有些台階，快到山頂的台階是木質的，有的有損壞需要格外注意。

酒店位於一片梨樹林內，環境很好。夜晚，繁星點點，適合對着星空發呆。店家服務熱情，周到，大方。這次我們住的星空帳篷，晚上躺床上對着星星入眠，體驗不錯。不足的是，白天太陽出來後有點熱，但總體很棒。下次準備體驗一下小木屋。春天梨花盛開時或九月梨子熟的季節應該會更有趣。

非常愉快的一次出遊。
位置:
跟着導航一路到村口，村口有提示的方向標，就是最後一段路有點窄，SUV開進去要小心兩側的樹枝。
離不老屯天文台和雲峯山都是差不多10分鐘車程，很方便。
衞生:
沒有想到衞生做得很好，屋裡完全沒有下水的反味，特別贊。
wifi:
wifi順暢，很不錯。
獨門獨户的梨園小院兒，我們自己帶了一次性燒烤爐和肉，吃得很開心。也可以訂餐，阿姨會給送到房間裏，盤子也會第二天收拾房間時候收走，非常方便。
農家菜做得很可口，晚上還可以看星空。
院子和餐廳裏還有很多小朋友可以玩的遊樂設施，整體來説，是一處很讚的民宿。
