I stayed at Lake Bay Hotel on Mother's Day. The room carefully decorated by customer service manager Yan Xiudong made me feel warm and romantic. The bed was big and comfortable, and the hot spring was also comfortable. The variety of breakfast was much richer than before.

The environment is quiet. The service is very good, and the front desk is enthusiastic. Xiao Zhang, the supervisor on the seventh floor, is particularly worthy of praise. When he learned that I wanted to change from a shady room to a sunny room, he actively helped me arrange it, helped me change my card and meal coupons, and helped me carry my luggage with Aunt Li. The cleaning staff provided good service. I never expected that the TV signal would still use wired. The "snowflakes" + several CCTVs reminded me of the 9-inch TV era. The wrong connection of the electric control button was ridiculous. When I pressed "Do Not Disturb", the door displayed "Cleaning"; on the contrary, when I pressed "Cleaning", the door displayed "Do Not Disturb".

I came here once during the holidays before. There were few people at that time. The room was quite clean. All kinds of facilities, including the small refrigerator in the room, were quite good. So I wanted to come again during the May Day holiday. This time, maybe there were many people because of commercial activities, so we were given a room that we didn't use before. There was a stale smell as soon as I entered the door. The water from the shower was dripping. The refrigerator was broken. There was a layer of dust on the balcony hot spring pool after the water was drained. The cold water switch had to be turned on and off with great effort. These were all tolerable. The most important thing was the bedding. I felt itchy all over my body when I lay on it on the first night. There were lumps on my legs. At first I thought it was mosquito bites (yes, there were mosquitoes but the air conditioner had no wind, so I could only open the window to cool down a little). After I got home, my body began to break out. There were many red hard lumps on my limbs and back, which were bitten by dust mites. It was extremely itchy. I quickly used various sulfur soap disinfectants. It was itchy for many days before I was in the mood to come and comment. I don't know what the normal level of a hotel in Beijing that costs 600 or 700 yuan a night should be. I think at least the hygiene should be up to standard, otherwise no matter how good the service is, it will be 0 points.
