What a wonderful location and the surroundings... exactly what I needed... it feels like you are transported to another world. Easy lovely walk to Joy City. Fantastic stroll around the most beautiful kept gardens. Rooms are spacious and very clean. Can't wait to visit again.

春節期間在北京星河灣酒店住了4晚，非常滿意！酒店客房服務很到位，第一天到的時候房間裏衹有兩瓶水，不夠，讓客房服務員又送了兩瓶！第二天驚喜地發現放了六瓶水！另外酒店的半自助式早餐品質可圈可點，粵式、中式都有，果汁都是鮮榨的，每天的早餐都吃得很滿足！以後去北京還會選擇星河灣酒店6

酒店在星河灣小區裏面，應該説這算是比較老的酒店了。朋友來北京玩，訂了這個酒店；前台服務周到熱情，環境優美宜人！早餐也很棒。值得再次選擇

出差，離出差的點比較近。步行可達大悦城，吃飯方便，有各類餐飲，去了麻六記（比想象的要好吃）等。
酒店在小區裏，憑預訂短訊進。出租車🚕司機把我拉到餐廳門口就走了，我拉着行李自己走進去的。切記：餐廳和酒店大堂還有一段路！
環境安靜，畢竟是高檔小區裏，晚上回來衹見少數人在遛狗，一般見不到幾個人。
前台和客房服務有改進的空間，可能人手不夠吧，不打兩次電話人不會來。
餐廳還可以，可以點蒸點，如腸粉、蝦仁燒賣、艇仔粥……出差不敢多吃，品嚐了三四樣，就匆匆辦事去了。
