Front office staffs all are friendly and very helpful. Breakfast Is excellent, lots of choices, Chinese food as well as western food, the noodle bar is good. Fan is given and we need 2 units, air-condition should be available because its noisy when we open the window as the hotel is situated in the busy area.

房間比較悶熱，這麼熱的天都不開空調，説要五一後才可以開，房間設施都沒比較老，畢竟酒店開業時間比較早了，酒店服務服務態度還行。

地理位置比較好 離地鐵10分鐘 離協和醫院10分鐘 周圍吃的很多 裝修確實有點老了 洗護用品是DOVE 還比較滋潤 北方真的很乾 白天太陽直射房間温度比較高 我是穿短袖 用加濕器的 晚上温度適宜比較舒服
有個插曲隔壁房間十來個人一直開着門聊天到深夜10點半 第一天反應後對方關門了但還是很吵 第二天早上九點就開始了 不但不關門 人更多 還大聲在走廊裏打電話 中午忍無可忍求助酒店前台 小哥哥馬上給換到商務樓層的房間 搬完後再去還原來的房卡 非常感謝！讓我後面幾天能安靜休息
總之酒店性價比比較高 處理問題效率很高 交通方便 符合四星級水準

地理位置就在史家衚衕附近！環境挺不錯的！房間的温度很舒服。就床頭的床頭燈沒法控制必須關總電才能關！櫃枱服務人員也很熱忱！

已經是第三次住這間酒店了，而且多次到北京去也是介紹朋友住這間酒店，因為他的地理環境非常好，而且附近的商店也非常多，乘車等等什麼地方也很方便。

很滿意，整個酒店的服務人員的業務能力和素質都非常高。前台一位姓齊（同音）的小姑娘工作幹練，態度積極，細心周到。真的給入住體驗加分不少。

酒店有點老了，裝潢和設施樣式都比較老派，但大堂還是很明亮，屋內也比較整潔。最大的優勢是位於北京東城核心區的金寶街邊，向西步行10多分鐘就到王府井，前後都是老胡同，向北不遠處的史家衚衕裏有史家衚衕博物館，內容比較豐富。內務部街有盧森堡駐華使館、北京二中，但梁實秋舊居沒有修繕，現在為民居門口寫了個謝絕參觀。向南不遠的趙堂子衚衕裏，有蔡元培故居可以參觀。向東走10分鐘左右有個智化寺，是明代大太監王振的家廟。如果願意慢慢逛，每個衚衕裏都能找到古蹟和故事。

地點還不錯，整潔度算還ok，但鏡子上還是看的出來灰塵，餐廳服務人員態度不是很好，早餐開始時間寫的是 06:30 但是我06:45到的時候，服務人員跟我說早餐 07:00開始，因為他們剛上班，這是什麼服務?不是很理解，早餐咖啡明顯是用咖啡粉泡的...用餐區還放台電視...播放晨間新聞。酒店設備老舊，服務也不好....真心不推薦....同樣價錢有梗好選擇。
