Trip was satisfactory, good cafe, friendly stuff although not everyone knows english which was troublesome in some situations, but overall rooms clean, everything perfect, would recommend to stay in there.

I think the hotel in general needs a renovation. it’s quite old and some corners of the room are already wearing off. hotel service is great, location is good too but overall the room is pretty small and not worth the money if you are leisure travelling.

Very near shopping area. Room is clean albeit details are old. Breakfast buffet was very good. Highly recommended. The service at concierge was excellent too. Overall happy with this hotel.

Very convenient location and fantastic staff. Breakfast was good with a variety of Chinese dishes and some western options.

My children and me enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It is clean and the service is very friendly. I speak Chinese so communication was not a problem. In the mall, which is connected to the hotel you can find a indoor play area and many shops and restaurants. My children thought the hotel was a family hotel. If you order food from outside a roboter will bring it to your door, nothing special in China but quite a highlight for us. The room is spacious, the interior style is not super modern but in great condition. The room service cleaned our room even late in the afternoon. When we arrived at the hotel before check in time our room was not ready, but the front desk offered us a different room to rest, which I really appreciated. The swimming pool area is clean and again very helpful and friendly staff. I think it is more suitable for swimming labs then for children to play, so we only went there once. But in Beijing there is always more than enough to do anyways. The location of the hotel is quite central to all major sightseeing spots by car. It is a 15-20min drive to Sanlitun. Thanks for the great stay!
