The rooms are exceptionally spacious, beautifully designed, and equipped with every detail you could need for a truly comfortable experience. The service was impeccable — the staff were warm, professional, and always ready to assist with a smile. The location is perfect for exploring the city, and the overall atmosphere combines luxury with a sense of calm. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Beijing.

We stayed at the Peninsula Beijing for its prime location. The hotel is beautiful and the service was excellent. The rooms were luxurious and very comfortable. The breakfast lobby was comfortable and a nice selection was available. A cart with complimentary muffin/ pasties /cupcakes at the breakfast lobby was a thoughtful idea.
The kids loved the amenities like use of PlayStation in the room and a good selection of games were available. The pool area could be improved as not enough recliners are available and has no hot spa pool. The spa area is nice but the prices were steep.
Overall we had a memorable experience.

Picturesque hotel with a grand lobby. Stayed at the loft at 14f that comes with upper and lower deck. Highly recommended for young couples and kids but not advisable for elderly people due to constant climbing of stairs. Need to ask conceirge for help to move luggage. Overall sevice is good with constant roomkeeping. Checkout the rooftop bar at night as well.
However, breakfast is a bit disappointing taste-wise. French toast was burnt and omelette was overcooked. Spread is quite limited. The menu also includes pay options which should not be the case for a hotel of this price range. Same for afternoon refreshments. Water is provided in cans (Voss) which is a bit strange. Bottles would be better.

Great hotel, as usual when talking about peninsula. Made an upgrade to big room, my friends received upgrade to very spacious suit with personal cinema although they booked the basic room. Very tasty breakfast and great location 15 min walk from the palace.

I must say this is one of the best hotels in Beijing, so elegantly decorated and well maintained. Room is spacious and comfortable, and thanks for the impeccable service from all the well trained staffs. What amazed me was how they paid attention to all the small details and personal touches, also a lot of privacy for hotel guests. Breakfast was quality and taste really good. Dim sum lunch at Huang Ting is worth stopping by.

This is a truly wonderful hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable, with excellent facilities and great dining options. But what really stood out was the service.
A special thanks to Alan, who was exceptionally professional and attentive. He always greeted me with a warm smile, patiently answered all my questions, and went the extra mile to make my stay smooth and enjoyable. His kindness and dedication made a real difference.
Overall, a very comfortable and welcoming hotel that I would highly recommend. I will definitely return on my next trip.

The hotel was exactly as expected from its name. Excellent location. Excellent staff. I had a small health issue and they were immediately very helpful and kind in helping us. Superb breakfast. Highly recommended! Thank you all for making the stay fantastic!
