To my delight, I was pleasantly surprised with an upgrade during the check-in process, which added an extra touch of luxury to my stay. Equally, I would like to extend my appreciation to Grace for her friendly and efficient service during the checkout process. Her professionalism and warm demeanor made the departure seamless and enjoyable. My one-night stay at the hotel was simply delightful. The breathtaking views from my room provided a true sense of tranquility and relaxation. I couldn't help but marvel at the beauty of the surroundings. The health spa facilities were absolutely fabulous. The pool and changing rooms were impeccably clean, creating a hygienic and inviting environment. I thoroughly enjoyed indulging in some well-deserved pampering and rejuvenation. As for the room service breakfast, it was nothing short of fabulous. The delectable food delivered right to my doorstep was a delightful way to start the day. The attention to detail and quality of the meal exceeded my expectations. Great location, great environment, great service

Convenient location, close to transport and shops; room is a bit small; complimentary afternoon tea and early evening happy hour; attentive and friendly staff; not as new as we have expected; pricy compared to other 5-star hotels.

The room was great. The view is a bit blocked with other buildings but if you pay a bit more you can get a room with the garden view. Breakfast was good but not a multitude of options.

An excellent way to explore the city!
