We had a great experience at this hotel. The hospitality at reception was warm and professional, and they allowed us to store our luggage, which was a huge help. The location is excellent, just a short walk from Beijing Railway Station, making travel super convenient. The facilities were impressive—delicious breakfast buffet option, two laundry and dryer machines, and even a robot delivery service! Our room was spacious with a comfortable bed, and housekeeping did a fantastic job cleaning and refilling essentials daily.
The only downside was the air conditioning, which was a bit noisy and required frequent manual fan speed adjustments.

來這旅遊一個周 臨走兩天才發現這麼個寶藏酒店。位置離天安門衹有兩站，故宮博物館等景點都很近，旁邊分別是兩大著名商業街，王府井街，大柵欄大街，出門打車地鐵都很方便。旁邊還是北京站，門口就是機場大巴。停靠點。總之交通很方便。其次，酒店是連鎖一如既往的靠譜，酒店服務人員態度極好 衞生很好 酒店屋子空間大 。早餐給一米五的孩子免了早餐券，兩天兩個大人早餐還給減免很多。酒店吃的清淡又健康也便宜 總之很好。臨走時孩子東西落酒店 在大巴車馬上開的五分鐘時間內 酒店前台迅速幫我去八樓尋找 然後跑出來送到大巴 很感激 送完我們司機就發車了。什麼都沒耽誤。孩子哇哇哭，新買的一個小首飾，很喜歡，我兩頭為難。酒店太給力了，下次還來這個酒店。再次感覺酒店人員們的接力和幫助，謝謝。

漢庭酒店北京東站店總體感覺還是可以的，酒店附近的好幾個景點基本在4、5公里以內，在北京待的幾天裏，白天去周邊的景點，下午晚上返回休息都挺方便。
