We chose this hotel because our child is near the college entrance examination venue. We booked a king-size bed and wanted to change it to a standard room when we got there, but the waiter clearly said there was no such room. We had no choice but to have a king-size bed. We went upstairs to check and found it was too small, so we went downstairs again to ask the waiter if we could change to a standard room. The waitress just said there was no such room. The waiter next to us said come over and we'll change it for you. We thanked him profusely and paid extra for the change.
