We stayed at the Mandarin Wangfujing over the weekend to celebrate our toddler’s second birthday, and it was a truly wonderful experience. The staff were incredibly hospitable, thoughtful, professional, kind, and exceptionally attentive to our toddler’s needs.
A few standout examples: our room was thoughtfully baby-proofed before our arrival, a milk warmer was provided for nighttime feeds, and they even included a toddler-sized bathtub and potty. These little touches made a big difference.
Kudos to the amazing team for working seamlessly to make our stay so special. A heartfelt thank you to Marvin, Lina, Cassie, and the IRD team. You made us feel genuinely cared for!

The staff's service attitude is full marks, and their professionalism is quite high. The breakfast variety is not particularly large, but the quality is very good. The products are excellent. The only drawback is that the water in the bathroom is sometimes hot and sometimes cold, but it is acceptable in summer (○゜ε＾○)

1. I felt right at home the entire time. Every staff member's service attitude and dedication were spot on, especially the front desk and breakfast service, which was truly impressive.
2. The hotel is in a great location, right next to the Forbidden City. There's a door on the third floor that leads directly to the shopping mall behind, making it convenient for grabbing a coffee or a meal.
3. The swimming pool isn't large, with only two lanes, but it's not crowded, which is enough for a daily swim. The changing rooms also have a swimsuit dryer, which I found very convenient.
4. I accidentally forgot my wallet in the room safe. The duty manager contacted me on my way back and helped me mail it directly home. Thank you so much!

I've always loved Mandarin Oriental, London, Hong Kong, and Beijing. It's impeccable as always. Ms. Rosie at the front desk was enthusiastic, professional, and meticulous. She sent welcome fruit and a greeting card. My daughter said she was like Xu Hongdou from Windy Place. She was very thoughtful and worth staying at again!
