SO SO SO LOVELY!!! I have never met a more lovely woman. She was very helpful, walked us to dinner, was patient with us (language barrier), let us leave our bags before check in, always made sure we were good. Absolutely would come back!!!!!

The location is good and I imagine the courtyard would be nice in the summer, but in February, it was so cold I couldn't sleep well. There was an AC unit above the bed but half the time, it seemed to blow cold air.
The laoban also had log fires burning in the courtyard all the time, which made the whole room smell of smoke. If you have sensitive lungs, like I do, I wouldn't recommend staying here in the winter.

Our winter visit to the great wall was great because we stayed here, which is near the entrance/parking were you are taken in free shuttle buses to the main great wall entrance and it was a good price for us. Would stay here again.

The room is clean and sanitary, the hotel's courtyard environment is also very warm, the hotel owner is also very enthusiastic. This time I came to Badaling to climb the Great Wall. Before coming, I called the hotel to ask where to get off close to the hotel. The owner told me the place to get off and asked me to call him after getting off for free. The next day, he also sent me to the Great Wall ferry station for free. The hotel also has a restaurant with very affordable prices. It was a really pleasant trip.

I chose to stay in this area in order to see the night view of the Great Wall. It was a pity that it was closed that day! The room facilities are all quite satisfactory. There is a very considerate thing here - an electric blanket. I had a good sleep in this cold weather.

The smoke from burning in winter is very choking...it's thick in the morning and evening...
It's inconvenient to eat and drink. What can I say? I probably won't stay there again next time. It's just that the price is very cheap. This is indeed an advantage.
