The reception was not aware of our booking which we made through Trip.com. They refused our check-in.

This hotel is a 10-15 minute walk from the nearest subway station which is decent, but the surrounding area seems to be mostly residential and quiet. The hotel itself is modern though is still somehow feels a little basic. We also experienced a smokey smell in the corridor but I understand this is sometimes out of the control of the hotel staff. It would be good to see this improved.

The room is clean and the service attitude is good. It is very cost-effective and is recommended for friends who travel. I highly recommend it, it is very good, I will come again, it is really good. The location is also convenient, it takes ten minutes by taxi to Sanlitun.
