This hotel is very close to the subway station. Take exit D, go up the escalator and look to the left. You will see the hotel next to the station. The staff is kind. There are 4 bottles of water per room every day. There is a washing machine, microwave, and tea provided downstairs. It is very convenient and I made the right decision to stay here.

The staff cannot speak English at all!
The hallway smelled like smoke.
The room is quite old and small.
Everything is just average, except for the location, which is very close to the MRT; however, it’s far from downtown.

We chose Home Inn Neo because it was located very close to my daughter's apartment in Beijing. The facilities were exactly as described online, the staff were friendly and the room and public areas were all pristine. Our room was cleaned, towels changed and clean water provided every day. The only mishap that occurred was one evening when water began dripping from the bathroom ceiling from the room above. We reported this to the staff at reception and within 10 minutes a technician arrived to check on the problem, then went upstairs and resolved it. We were offered an alternative room but preferred to remain where we were. All in all, we were very happy with our stay and would not hesitate to book this hotel again for future visits.

Clean, maid refills water every day, subway is in front of the hotel, delicious restaurants next to the hotel, there is a convenience store and bakery near the hotel, very convenient.

The location is great right in front of Shilibu metro station exit gate. It's next to restaurants, bakery and convenient store.

right in front of train station so very convenient. there is also a 7/11 nearby and some restaurants. everyone was nice even if the room is a bit small. good place to stay in

There's no family room so I had to be separated from my family - but they give us rooms next to each other! Everything was great, the room was a bit small but enough for me as I spent whole day outside. Not much of food options around but you can walk about 5 minutes and find some restaurants. However station was right in front of the hotel so you can just hop in and go to whichever area serves plenty of food options! I recommend this hotel!

Nice hotel next to the metrostation Shilipu. Personal are friendly and helpful. Especially if another colleague is present to observe (yes, I have noticed the sudden proactiveness in the service level). The location has plenty of food & beverages places (including western).

Stayed here 6 nights, sometimes the cleaning lady forgot to clean the room, the last night there wasnt any towel given
