Place is rather small and hardly space to even put my luggage in the room. Service was quite ok and location is very good. Near the BRT and other tourist attractions. Not very clean but still passable. (Photo uses 0.5 lens to take pic of whole room so it seems bigger)

The hotel is well-located in central Beijing, just a 5-minute walk from the metro and close to the Temple of Heaven. The room was worn-out — peeling paint, a hole in the laminate, and the window faced a utility area with no natural light. Still, it was fairly clean. The bathroom was poorly designed, with no separation for the shower, so everything got wet. Great location, but the room needs serious renovation.

Overall this is a safe option for anyone who go to Tianqiao theatre for see musical dramas. The room space is quite good for 1 person like me ( double-bed room). The noise from other rooms can be heard clearly. Bathroom equipments and all room furnitures are old and may be they have been in use for a long time.

Very run down hotel and room was clammy and not that nice but they said no windows and was one of the cheapest on market so pay for what you get! Not the worst if your on a budget
