環境非常好，小院舒適，前面臨水，後背靠山。衞生較乾淨，餐廳早餐豐富，點餐有些貴。總之單就環境來説很滿意。

1、地漏不好：木屋廁所一直返味，幾乎窒息，叫了保潔，用一塊毛巾堵住當地漏，味道依然很大；
2、有老鼠：晚上一直在啃食木屋周圍，老鼠在房頂奔跑；
3、淋浴不好：洗到一半就沒熱水了，用冷水繼續洗完；
4、榻榻米空間不足：進門衹有大概一平米的地面空間，一個衞生間，屋裡剩下空間全是像炕一樣的榻榻米，根本沒有空間；
5、離雁棲湖很遠：老闆説門口有去雁棲湖的總站，其實是自己打黑車，很貴

房間太小了，燈也特別暗，空調聲音很大，刷牙杯子太臟了，我用礦泉水瓶子刷的牙，晚上還有蟲子，電視也看不了完全是擺設，孩子一直鬧的想換房間，跟網上看到的想象得不一樣，價錢426還不含早餐，平時衹要240多，真的不值啊，一晚上也沒睡好，服務還行挺熱情的兩個人，但是吃飯一餐午飯點了兩菜100，一餐早飯30，味道挺一般的，性價比不高

酒店位置很好，衞生乾淨，飯菜好吃，吃的灶台魚，非常美味。位置離神堂峪木棧道非常近，景區和雁西湖比較近，很方便

親子房裡抓出去30多衹臭大姐。孩子回來行李箱裏麪還帶回來3隻，哈哈太接地氣了。另外木屋千萬不要住，冷其實還好有電暖氣，主要是太可怕了，半夜老鼠磨牙的聲音太嚇人了。整晚開着燈睡得，臭大姐飛到我被子上，半夜嚇醒，真是一次難忘的驚歷。

門前景色太讚了，餐廳在院子臨河一邊，灶台魚有專用的餐廳，門前大橋下雖然沒有鴨子，但可以撈魚抓蝦打水仗，大人在院子裏喝茶聊天也很愜意。工作人員都很和氣，有求必應。二室一廳有個小陽台，曬個衣服太方便了。所謂的廳就是玄關，實際是老式無廳玄關相連的兩居室。缺點是設施有些舊，門窗隔音不太好，最不能忍的是衞生間反味兒。希望以後老闆順利續約，把設施更新一下，各方面就完美了
