Overall it's pretty good, very cost-effective. You can see the water town and Simatai Great Wall at night from the balcony. There was no water after 10 pm. I don't know if it was the water outage on the day we checked in or if it's like this every day.

This is the most cost-effective apartment in Gubei Water Town. It is good in all aspects. The location is great, the service is very considerate, it’s great! The environment is very clean.
