整潔、温馨、舒適！看得出老闆對這個小院的佈置很用心。説説美中不足吧，老闆娘回覆信息不及時，我們錯誤的相信了其他客人的點評，沒有餐食…沒有餐食…沒有餐食，重要的事情説三遍，更不要説什麼油餅…燉排骨…但是廚具比較齊全，客人用餐需要自備所有餐食（油、鹽、醋、醬油已備，除此全部自帶）。周邊就餐不方便，全部掛着農家院的招牌，但是都不經營了，開着門的估計客人也看不上。小院旁的大院拆除重建，8點鐘各種工具作業的聲音吵得要命（蓋別墅大拆大建，估計年底能竣工）。

1、帶閣樓房間空調真是不給力 大半夜給孩子和大人都熱壞了，家居裝飾甲醛味道特別重 睡到半夜孩子一直在咳嗽。
2、這麼多年第一次遇到住民宿需要自己退房前收拾廚房 刷盤子碗 恢復衞生…要不就要出自己額外200的清潔費。實在懶得掰扯，道理也明顯 一般出來就是為了玩 誰會打掃衞生 還得收拾炭爐 這就是變相的額外收費唄。
這個價格配套性價比就啥也不説了….

小院裏麪和附近的自然環境很好，非常適合一家老小或約上三五好友一起去玩兒。浴缸、鞦韆和佐料齊全還帶個小型桌球桌的餐廳是意外收穫，孩子們很開心
設施：都很新，esp.洗漱間鏡子有燈光
衞生：乾淨，無異味。山裡有些蟲子是難免，但沒發現蚊子。
環境：幽靜，適合放鬆，晚上看星星也好
服務：周到，我們到的時候都半夜了還有人接，囑咐我們護好孩子不要着涼

小院特別好，裏面的裝飾尤其被子床墊是五星級的待遇，有閣樓有大廚房有可燒烤的爐子我們來燒烤孩子們很開心，夜晚很安靜在院子裏玩到很久，大浴缸很漂亮。值得推薦

坐落在百里畫廊景區裏的小院，去景區各個景點車程都在半小時之內非常便利。小院外面就是秀水灣，有淺灘可以帶孩子玩水撈魚。小院本身也修建得很用心，二層有很大一片露台園子，有蹦床和吊牀，還有小菜園，一層小院裏也有搖椅，在院子裏也非常適合放鬆。房間和住宿用品都很乾凈。總體非常適合親子出行，孩子每天玩蹦床、吊牀、摘兩片菜葉，都不願意回家了。
説一下大家關心的餐飲，早餐在附近的農家菜餐廳，到點沒人去吃餐廳的老闆也會來提醒，可以端回小院裏吃。可以自助燒烤，但是需要自己帶食材，周圍沒有賣燒烤食材的地方。周圍農家菜餐廳估計也衹有節假日才營業，但是往景區裏面七八公里有些點評不錯的農家菜可以選擇。如果住超過兩天，還是推薦自己多帶一些食物，不然就衹能到永寧或者延慶去多一些餐廳選擇了。
唯一的建議就是調味品和沐浴用品建議所剩不到四分之一了可以考慮添加或者補充備用品在一起，否則看到衹剩個瓶底的調味品（還缺醬油）和快用完的洗浴用品，有點影響服務品質的感受。另外進入秋季二層露台燒烤照明太黑，如果有一層可用的燒烤架或者二層燒烤就餐區有照明亮度更好一點的燈會更好。

特別乾淨的一家民宿，配備的設施都是宜家的產品，用起來非常順手，老闆想的特別周到，廚房配備的東西太齊全了，自己完全不需要再帶了。晚上在平台上擼串兒喝酒感覺超級超級好，當晚有些下雨，更有一番韻味，已經給身邊朋友種**，都很喜歡，停車也很方便，門口有自己的車位。出院子就有河流，帶孩子的完全可以在這裏滿足孩子愛玩水的天性，不需要去網紅打卡地，在這裏完全可以滿足，人還少，自己想玩多久就玩多久。下次來還會選擇這裏入住，會多住兩晚。
