The apartment is spacious, clean and has great views of the surrounding mountains. The manager arranged a car service to water village(5mins drive away). Amazing trip!

1、照片和預訂時候看到的房間不符。預訂時有三個房型照片，説是另外兩個房賣完了。給了個最差的，單人床衹有1.8米長。但是房間號是預訂的時候就確定的，到了住的地方門牌號也是寫門上的，怎麼可能還有三選一一説呢？
2、入住是晚上九點多了，發現兩個床被子掀開都有頭髮，枕套床單多處臟印。最後折騰到十一點才換完床單睡下，玩了一天累壞了。衞生是基礎吧。
3、那邊就是山上一片住宅區，離景區三公里多，要自己先走到停車地方，然後開車帶過去。每個房間就是個開間，裝修了統一出租。我們住二樓一樓院子都是雜草叢生的。統一有人安排接送，湊齊6個人走一波。入住用密碼鎖自助進去。沒有什麼別墅一説，後來細看平台圖片，都是虛一張實際再來幾張，更沒有大堂和前台。宣傳説清楚是民宿，大過節的快七百塊一個開間我能接受。但是被欺騙的感覺很不好。房間連礦泉水都沒有，就給我個圖片説水費按15元/噸交的，所以就可以喝，所以沒有備水。如果要買要自己去某個小賣店買。大半夜的小區黑不隆咚最後算是給我送了。這是我服務覺得還行的地方。
最後還是攜程平台給予瞭解決。算是維護了老客户吧。

實景拍攝，房間外景不錯，雙露台，晚上也挺安靜的，能看到長城，就是和水鎮景區還是有一定距離的，但是管家會接送，這個服務還是不錯的。小問題也能及時解決，都給予滿意的回覆，總體來説不錯的。推薦家庭入住！洗漱用品建議自備。

店主和管家都很熱情，服務很好！房間也比較温馨，設施齊全，洗澡需要提前開好熱水器。出門提前和管家溝通，很方便。吃飯建議再古鎮裏吃，小屋裡有兩家可以吃飯的，價格偏貴，比古鎮貴。

房間佈置很有特點，傢俱燈具都很高級，距離長城很近，這邊擺渡車需要等。比起水鎮裏面民房民宿千元以上，性價比很高了。

小區環境優美，安靜。房間面積挺大，設施很新，傢俱很多都是宜家的。枱燈還帶着塑料袋，燈泡還沒安裝😂床品應該是幾個房間輪流洗滌輪流用的，所以沒有傢俱那麼新。去水鎮要給管家打電話，請他們接送。

臨時決定七夕到古北水鎮，景區內的都訂滿了，但對住宿又比較講究，挑了很多家，最終選擇了這裏。與老闆通話溝通後，老闆非常耐心細緻地記錄下了我們的需求，並幫忙安排可以看到長城景觀的房子，安排好管家服務。非常耐心且細緻地回答每一個問題，還提醒我們如何在古北水鎮內觀看夜景演出，以及早餐。
房間一室一廳，室內的裝修都很新，衞生也不錯。廚房內廚具餐具都齊全，且有個小露台，正對長城，太美了！非常推薦情侶或一家人入住，自備洗漱用品，還有一些食物，可以在屋裡做飯。很有家的感覺。
民宿當中如此的服務，出乎意料。非常驚喜。
推薦。圖為在房間陽台看見的景觀，晚上還能看到夜長城，很有意境。
