Booked this hotel for a shower and 2 hours rest before my flight. No lift but a secured place. The check-in staff was polite and friendly. The bed was comfy but the toilet was a bit run down. Overall ok experience.

房間裏的設施和房間面積攜程上顯示的與實際的不一樣，廣告上是408元/天的房間，實際上給我住的是312元/天的房間，店家是掛羊頭賣狗肉，搞虛假廣告，欺詐廣告。

房間有些年頭了，但衞生是很乾凈。服務人員也是有求必應，對我帶着八十歲的老母親，給予方便照顧，安排了低樓層。東華飯店位置很好，出行到哪兒去，在不遠處到能坐上公交或地鐵。周圍小吃，炒菜，火煱都有。離天安門，故宮不算遠，坐公交三站。晚上可以走路十分鐘，到王府井步行街轉一轉。住宿品質要求不苛刻的朋友，可以推薦。
