The few apartments that support guests from Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan do not have a front desk and their locations are a bit hard to find, so be sure to call before checking in.
Facilities: The facilities are very complete, the washing machine comes with detergent, and there is a foldable clothes drying rack for drying clothes in the house.
Service: The customer service is very good 👍 Although there is no formal front desk, there is a Bing call center. The toilet door handle was broken, so I contacted the master to install it the next morning. Adding quilts and hangers was very timely. Daily housekeeping service was also very good.
