這個評價我得憑良心寫呀。首先感謝攜程，我遇到問題，給前台打電話，連座機都是撕拉撕拉的聽不清，服務員勉強説清楚了電話號碼，我用手機打過去的，但是服務員衹是説要不你換個房間，我直接就給攜程打電話了，攜程很快就聯繫酒店幫我解決，我自己帶着孩子，已經點了外賣開始吃了，懶得再折騰換了，給打了個小折扣。
説説問題：1.衞生真的差，底下背光處都是沒掃的渣子，水壺上全是黃色的，這個圖片還都是我洗完了之後洗不掉的。這挺顛覆我對七天的看法的，我去哪裡住也沒有這家這麼臟。
2.空調可以調到45º，但是卻完全是涼風，攜程客服幫我聯繫了説中央空調沒有制熱，我忘了剛好趕上3月15北京停暖，確實也沒暖氣了，我就不明白了，真的就是這麼凍着所有的顧客麼。中央空調又怎麼了…
3.設備真的很差，連座機都是壞的，還有就是下水池開開水洗臉下水是很慢很慢的，很堵，還好不反味兒，我知道我再碩，也衹能換房間了。就沒再説任何。
4.距離的話，離清河站也不算太近，如果行李不多能騎單車，還行，十分鐘就到了，如果不能，這麼近吧，打個車不合適，坐公交也麻煩，有點雞肋。
攜程的客服也在説，他們很少接到七天的投訴，我也一樣，沒投訴過任何一家七天，但雖然他們給我打了點小折，但我想説這是我住過最差的一家七天。

房間比較小，但還算乾淨整潔。隔音很差，隔壁一個男的大半夜大聲講話讓人煩躁。牙刷得在前台自取。毛巾都是包裝好的，還提供一次性洗臉巾。酒店沒有餐廳，不提供早餐。外賣不送到房間來，得自己穿好衣服去酒店門口的小桌上取，不太方便。性價比不高，真無奈離客户辦公地點非常近。走到清河路地鐵站也不算遠。

房間安靜，到中關村很快，出差必選，就是設施有些老舊，毛巾架子什麼的都有些舊，建議換新的，房間略小，窗簾有些透光

設施：房間的花灑漏水，馬桶蓋也是鬆動的
衞生：房間衞生很差，浴室玻璃上還有上位客人吐的痰，房間的床單還是破的，洗髮水就還有一個底
環境：房間悶的很
服務：服務一般吧，沒有接觸到，跟前幾天住的朗麗茲差遠了

第一間馬桶沒有打掃。換了房間結果房間惡臭 第二天又換了一間不隔音特別吵。還不想給我換給我來一句都差不多這爛酒店就這樣？？衞生不是基本的要求嗎？？價格是蹭蹭漲 歉意是一點沒有
