非常感好，住的都不想走了。工作人員的服務都非常好。早餐非常豐盛，色香味俱全，來北京住中國傳媒大學西門如家酒店是你不二的選擇。

很少評價，這次實在是意難平！太刷新對首都的認知了！帶孩子去中傳參加考試，考慮離學校近和對如家有基本信任選了這家酒店，下了火車差不多是晚上7:00多到店的，被分配了這個房間，進房後窗簾是關閉的，後來想打開窗簾看看窗外，就看到了詭異的馬桶羣！！！難以想象的詭異和噁心，嚴重刷新對幾十年對酒店的認知！真想不到世界會有這樣的酒店，而且在首都北京！要不是已經晚上，而且孩子第二天一早就要考試，絕對不會忍辱負重在這樣的房間裏住一晚！！！住這種房間的感覺確實噁心！！！當時預訂的房間確實不是這樣！！！預訂的房間在2-3樓，這個鬼房間是在一樓！！！不知道是如家有問題，還是北京有問題，總之大家在選擇這家店的時候要當心了！這是不把外地人當人的節奏！！！

工作人員服務態度很好，無論是前台還是保潔都很不錯，房間內衞生也可以。但是去的時候酒店正在裝修，大堂內是純粹的施工現場，且這一情況並未提前告知住客，整體環境很差，建議各位慎重考慮。

雖然是如家，但是感覺和如家商旅的配套幾乎一致。除了酒店前台戴眼鏡的大姐態度不好，別的還是很滿意的。

十點多停熱水 洗澡洗到一半 也沒有發任何通知 空調半夜嘎吱響吵到睡不着 門鎖要麼打不開要麼關不上 晚上剛洗完冷水澡點了個外賣叫前台用機器人送上來 也説好忙不送 剛洗完冷水澡又要去拿外賣 服務真的牛 我也不是第一次住他們家之前都沒有出現這次的問題真的很過分

訂房的時候沒注意，訂了一晚上大床房，別的雙床房，到了酒店，想要統一成一個房型，酒店工作人員要求我把攜程訂的房退了，直接在酒店前台訂住宿，才給我換成一個房型的房間，否則不給我換。
酒店隔音不行，住的大床房，雙床房的水龍頭也都是有問題的
