Staff's service is excellent. Good location and design. Not ideal for this winter as the road and entrance leading to the hotel is very slippery. Good bathtub but no TVs and telephone in rooms. Have a cute dog

We had a lovely time in the hotel! The private bath is such a treat, we used it all the time it was amazing. The room also had a very nice sitting area. The staff was very friendly and the room was super clean. The only thing missing was a TV in the room. Would book again any time though!

Great hotel I had a very comfortable stay in the beautiful hotel. The location es great also. Fire sure is my Beijing-based hotel. The whole staff is very nice.

This time I traveled with friends, and my daughter booked a room. It was very comfortable, and the courtyard was large, so I could chat with my sisters. The location was also very good, very close to Tiananmen Square and the Forbidden City. I will stay here again next time I come to Beijing.

The room is clean and big. I like the hotel's courtyard. I feel relaxed when I come in. The staff is also very nice. They are always responsive and will help with luggage. I also like the theme of the hotel. It would be better if the coffee machine for breakfast could be improved.
