房間床上用品還算過得去，但洗浴毛巾十分破舊，白色已經成灰褐色，看上去臟兮兮的，根本不敢使用。浴室的水温低於手温，絕對不適合洗澡。接待台人員態度生硬，當客人享受攜程免費延遲兩小時（到14:00前）退房的會員權益時，她在12點多就打客人手機催促退房，影響客人正常進午餐；當客人13:30整回到酒店時，一進門就被喝斥道“都到兩點了你還不退房！” - 這就是該招待所對客人的最後道別語。這是一種什麼樣的對待賓客的態度？！👎👎👎😠😠😠

衞生特別差，床單被單不乾淨，上面還有小蚊蟲，入住當晚就開始渾身上下都長紅疹和水泡，隨着時間推移，紅疹和水泡越來越多 越來越大。
前台的一個工作人員服務態度特別差，表現的很不耐煩的樣子，就像別人欠她錢似的。
去醫院開口服葯和外塗葯，都不見好轉。

黑店太差還和我吵架了，住宿今天一個價明天下午又讓加錢，早上不説下午給你説加錢，下午你沒法找其它賓館，

入住不按訂宿房型安排，給個大間説升級了，查看發現是個窗外空調一直嗡響噪音大的差間，要求住訂宿單竟被員工狡辯説成“給大間還不住”。一般旅館條件衹有衞生可以。房內設施較差無坐凳無小燈，要休息時發現床頭燈是壞的，因為給的無窗夜間需要小燈，要求前台馬上檢查修下，或提供個手電之類能用就行。前台態度差以各種理由拒絕，之後可能看是網上訂宿，總算給個小燈對付過夜。續第二晚入室半小時沒修好，我便要個枱燈表示有小燈用就行，不必住宿時修不想總被打擾。但是店家和修理工，完全不考慮耽誤客人時間和影響感受，隨後晚上早上三次敲門打擾，要求進來佔我時間修床頭燈！平時不檢不修也不聽取意見，有燈不需要後仍去反覆打擾，被拒修理工還牢騷，希望引以為戒！

很平價的酒店，地理位置超級棒，到天安門廣場2公里左右，到故宮3公里左右，到前門大街，大柵欄，王府井都不遠，老闆老闆娘人也特別好，下次還會再來這家

在北京 這個價格120左右 單獨一人 還有窗户 雖然沒獨立衞浴 但是已經算比較便宜了吧 對於一些情況來説 其實算是一種挺好的選擇

我必須給個差評！女服務員太***
服務態度惡劣：有一個歲數大的服務員冷漠沒素質，包包放他家半天必須要求放在地上（回來取包，他拉拉臉還瞪我一眼），我從未見過如此**的女服務員，追着罵顧客，一次是因為把用滿的垃圾袋裝好放門口了，一次是因為去前台取衞生紙説用多了（竟然被服務員追着罵！！！！！）
非常的匪夷所思和不可思議？？？？？
衞生很差：竟然床上和地上竟然有體毛沒打掃
設施陳舊：公用廁所，不沖廁所的人一大堆，臭味滿天，櫃子也埋汰。
不隔音：打的隔斷，別人説話聽的一清二楚，本來白天想休息，這個女服務員一直和其他人聊天，嗓門還高，完全休息不了。
本來打算續住，果斷取消訂單，誰知道這個女服務員又會幹出來什麼奇葩的事。
（以前所説句句真實，這個服務員太影響老闆生意了，她根本幹不了，業務也不懂，不會操作，建議辭退）
