The front desk service is very enthusiastic. For a family trip, they proactively provided children's breakfast. The hardware is too old. The bathroom and toilet share a sliding door but it cannot be moved. The water in the bathroom is not fast enough, so the water will overflow into the toilet and washroom. The child just finished taking a bath, and a large piece of wall fell off the bathroom ceiling. If the child came out later or the wall fell off earlier, it would hit the child's head! Half an hour after calling the front desk, a maintenance staff came to take a look. There was no service staff to accompany. There was no comfort or apology until the next day when I checked out. It is very close to the Wukesong Stadium, less than 5 minutes walk. I chose this hotel because I came to Beijing from other places to bring my child to watch a concert. The full room at 780 a night should only take advantage of the distance.

I had two or three hours to rest before going to the airport, so I thought I'd book a room to rest. There are 5 points for negative reviews 1. When checking in at the front desk, someone cut in line to stay longer, so the front desk first settled the person who was staying longer and asked me to wait. 2. The hotel did not have air conditioning in May, and did not inform in advance. 3. The room was seriously damp, and the air was full of damp smells from the toilet, including but not limited to the bedroom. 4. The noise was very loud, and I don't know where the video came from. 5. When this problem occurred, the person who claimed to be the customer complaint supervisor of Ctrip used a lot of clichés to help the hotel excuse himself. He did not want customers to give the hotel a bad review, not from the customer's perspective. I have doubts about the hotel's score of 4.5.

I took advantage of the May Day holiday to visit Beijing and check in at Beijing's largest amusement park. I chose this hotel. Location: This hotel has a good location, quiet in the bustling city, and the room area is much larger than the nearby hotels. Suitable for staying with children. Breakfast: The meatballs are delicious and the fruits are fresh. Hygiene: Normal level. Service: This must be given full marks. It is really difficult to control the time with children. I was too busy to check out when playing outside. The lady at the front desk was very considerate to extend the time to 3 o'clock. I also kept reminding children to pay attention to safety and not to worry. This is probably the warmest thing to come to Beijing. As a parent with children, thank you for your understanding. Just for this heartwarming move, I must recommend it.
