Additionally, there are noticeable cracks and stains on some of the tiles, indicating a lack of proper maintenance and cleanliness. This not only affects the visual appeal of the room but also raises concerns about hygiene and sanitation standards. As a guest, I expect a certain level of cleanliness and upkeep, and unfortunately, the condition of the tiles falls short of this expectation.

It was dirty and messy. I didn't take off my shoes once and for all. There was no drinking water. It was the worst hotel experience and the quilt covers were all rotten.
