The room is nice and clean but the water pressure in the toilet is too slow. Dont worry about getting halal food here since the kiosks are just next door. If u wanna buy goods, just walk across the street to the halal supermarket. As for food, pls look or ask if it is 清真 (qinzhen) (muslim/halal) logo before buying.

We absolutely love our stay at Free Comfort Hotel in Niujie! The location is excellent for Muslims as you can get halal food just next door to the hotel. In the morning, the hotel provides halal breakfast Chinese style. For travellers with families, the hotel also provides self-operated laundry machines near the lobby. Just ask the receptionist for help. At night time the area is bustling with people as there are many restaurants there. It is also near the oldest mosque in Beijing, but unfortunately it is close for renovation. And there is also subway for those who want to go to nearby places of interest, such as the Forbidden Palace.

I had a pleasant stay at Niujie Hotel. It’s conveniently located on a Muslim food street, with plenty of halal restaurants and a halal supermarket nearby — perfect for Muslim travelers. The Niujie Mosque is just a short walk away, though currently closed for renovation. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel also provides a washing machine and dryer, which is great for longer stays. In terms of location, it’s about a 5-minute walk to Niujie Station and around 15 minutes to Guang’anmennei Station. However, I highly recommend using the bus to visit major attractions, as it’s often more direct and doesn’t require metro transfers. If you use Apple Maps, it conveniently shows bus numbers and stops — just head to the nearby bus stand and wait.

The staffs are very friendly and helpful. Location is right in the middle of halal eateries. Easy to find, reception is at the ground floor, rooms is accesible by lift and the breakfast is halal. Located not far to the subway. Hotel room are clean and comfortable. No regret for staying at this hotel.

Location is good just beside all eateries, which is halal. However, there is a distance to the nearest metro station line 19. You may need to change a few metro lines in order to reach the tourist area/spots. Counter customer service is average and not very friendly. Washing machine & dryer is available. Clothes steamer is not available in the laundry room. Initially, they told us not to be available. However, when we informed that it was written available in the app, then only they took time to find a broken clothes steamer for us. We have to bear with it for a week.

Why did I give this hotel 5 stars? 1. Strategic Location with Halal Food Nearby The hotel is in a very convenient location, with easy access to halal food—an important factor for me as a Muslim. 2. Friendly and Helpful Staff Initially, I was concerned that the hotel staff might not be able to assist due to language barriers, but they turned out to be incredibly helpful and always greeted me with a smile. They went above and beyond—when I had a skin issue, they even helped me order a cream from an online store. They also answered all my inquiries to the best of their ability, making my stay a pleasant experience. 3. Beautiful Hotel Ambience The hotel is well-maintained and fully operational, with a stunning interior design that enhances the overall experience. 4. Clean and Well-Organized Rooms Before settling in, I always inspect the entire room, and I was satisfied with its cleanliness. The staff ensured that the room was regularly cleaned, replenished with mineral water, and well-maintained throughout my stay. 5. Secure Personal Belongings As mentioned in point #4, I often left my electronic devices on the desk while I was out for activities. Upon returning, everything was exactly as I had left it—nothing was touched or missing. As a precaution, I always recommend taking photos of the room and personal belongings before heading out. Overall Impression I had a great stay and was truly satisfied with the service and experience at this hotel. Highly recommended!
