房間看着挺乾淨的，而且還有窗，衞生間也無異味。在這個寸土寸金的地段，性價比可以説是很高了。參觀清華北大，在這裏小住一晚是非常不錯的選擇，我也是趁着國慶就來看看同學的。而且這家店離地鐵站不遠，交通也比較方便。老闆和老闆娘都非常客氣，態度很好。

第一次想寫個評價。衞生間馬桶和牆的空間不能坐下人，洗澡處幾乎站不下一個成人（本人53公斤），洗手枱放不下任何牙杯，洗面奶等用品，房間衞生差，被褥顏色發黃，睡前打死兩衹大蚊子，半夜依然被蚊子咬起來。起初看到北京大學南門，沒關注是個特價房，就立刻訂了，再看看評價和圖片，立刻取消，第一次遇到不能取消這件事。沒有辦法，做了很多會不理想的心理建設，看到後還是超出了想象，385的特價房，進了房間很窒息，不能描述。看了看平台，有469的標間，詢問前台，能否換房間，看完房間，去前台補交差價，發現平台改成了553元，依然補了差價。這樣的酒店隨意定價格，是沒有打算後續發展吧，感覺給北京丟臉。

除了地段好，其他哪哪都不滿意。
首先價格奇高600多一晚，15平米一大一小兩張床，中間勉強有50公分。
洗漱間也是奇小無比，洗漱盆緊挨着馬桶緊挨着淋浴，馬桶上方15×50釐米一個金屬支架放置衞生紙等物品，淋浴一沖物品馬上都淋濕了。坐馬桶上膝蓋頂着牆，不能彎腰，不然頭會撞牆。馬桶蓋是壞的用膠帶紙貼上的，上方毛巾架也是壞的，用膠帶紙貼上的，半夜毛巾架突然掉下來，原來膠帶粘的地方鬆了。
床上也有黑黑的小碎屑，不知道是啥。小床挨着窗户那頭牆壁，必須拉窗簾不然房間一覽無餘，窗簾拉上的時候會有很多灰塵蓬起。
説一説服務吧：那就是沒有服務，字典裏就沒有服務兩個字。第一天沒有牙刷牙膏等物品，第二天打掃的時候放進來了兩個牙刷。沒有瓶裝水。
最重要的一點是訂了就不能退，提前一個月訂了，預訂的第二天想取消就不行，還有整整一個月的時間為啥不能取消？改期也不行，衹能通過攜程平台改期。
辦理入住的時候前台就要求好評，説是幫我改期了還留了大小兩個床的房間。我想説我預訂的是大小床，付了也是這個費用，你按照合同給我房間我還要感謝你嗎？？

特別臟，非常臭，態度特別垃圾。請注意取消政策：“下預訂之後完全不許退”，這就説明酒店知道這地兒來了絕對想退。攜程介入之後也堅決不退，前台態度非常吊，那就12315見。評分完全是假的，千萬別住！

非常差的一次住店體驗，在屋內房門都打不開，讓換房間還不給換，還説電子鎖都這樣，搞得我好像沒住過酒店似的，以後不能退的店一定不能住！衞生也不過關，被套感覺非常久都沒換過！再也不會住他們家啦！
