Hotel location is good nearly metro and Wangfujin street, shopping mall, restaurant. Receptions are very kind and nice. They can speak english. Luggage storage free. Clean room. You can use metro exit E&F.

They checked us in the different type of room we booked. We were so tired after the flight and stayed only 1 night, so decided to live in this room and don’t ask for another one.
It n general this hotel is modern and clean. But expensive.

Location is ideal. Very near to the metro station. Nearby shopping area with food choices. The disadvantage is that there is no drop off/pick up area at hotel as it is along an alley. there is no divider in the toilet. Floor gets wet easily and very slippery. Must be extra careful when using the bathroom

Loved the "smart home" concept. Unlike conventional hotel, everything is handled by 小度 (Xiao Du), without needing manual control. The hotel location is very strategic, it is just walking distance to 王府井 (WangFuJing) with lots of eateries and shopping malls. It is also very near to Metro and convenient to travel to nearby landmarks.

Hotel is clean and well-maintained. The location is amazing, near Wangfujing Street for shopping. Plenty of attractions nearby, perfect for sightseeing without the need for long commutes. The staff are friendly and accommodating. There is also a food court just opposite the hotel. Overall, i had a comfortable and pleasant stay.
