説實在話，我已經是不太在意衞生細節的人，訂的雙床單間，入住三天，房間地面從來沒有清掃拖洗過，可能保潔衹是把垃圾桶袋子更換掉，被褥有很濃的腳臭味和汗味，床鋪從來沒有整理過，那個床有90釐米高，上下床非常不方便，空調製冷效果很差。還有很多蚊子，給提供電蚊香片，沒辦法形容。房間隔音還是挺好的，基本聽不到隔壁的聲音，老闆態度挺好，也基本沒有見過。

中舍老闆特別好，我們的火車時間比賓館准入時間要早，老闆通融讓我們提前入住；離開時也照顧我們。賓館地點好，看北京著名景點都比較方便。

服務態度非常的差。前台都不睜眼敲你一下。 環境特別的差。各種各樣的蟲子，滿是減肥，還有蚊子。進去的時候各種異味。 價格偏高。 十分不推薦。誰去誰倒黴

與其他同類旅店相比，勝在價格便宜。交通方便，距離公交站點僅幾分鐘路程 ，坐公交可以到達東直門公交樞紐站，然後可以乘坐地鐵2號線。旅店服務員熱情，有賓至如歸感覺。旅店北邊數米就是慶豐包子鋪，就餐方便。總之，如果下次來北京，還會入住。
