The room is very new and has a preppy feel. The kids loved it! The bathroom facilities are very good. I will definitely book again when I visit Universal!

The receptionist at the front desk was very welcoming and could provide a set of genuine Universal robes for use. The breakfast was delicious and could be delivered to your door. The room was on the second floor and had a very Harry Potter feel. The lighting was very atmospheric, and the row of sycamore trees and ginkgo leaves outside the window was very beautiful. My daughter loved taking a lot of photos, and you can also store your luggage for free.

We decided on a spur-of-the-moment trip around the world and accidentally booked the Morpheus Magic Headquarters B&B. Unexpectedly, we were pleasantly surprised. We stayed in a room in the Serpentine Courtyard, which came with a miniature Lucius Malfoy's snake staff, a Slytherin pillow, and a small blackboard with six spells (Revelation, Shock Absorption, Weather Cancellation, Avada Kedavra, Clear Water Like a Spring, and Sound of Falling to the Ground). It felt like we'd been transported to the Harry Potter world and stayed at the Serpentine Courtyard. The next day, we had so much fun at Universal Studios Hogwarts. Thank you to the host for lending us wizard robes for free for our kids to take pictures. We clocked in 27,000 steps, checked in on 17 activities, and saw 3 performances. It was a perfect trip.
