What touched me most was the hotel's Universal shuttle service, which picked up and dropped off at a fixed point every day. The driver would remind me of the departure time in advance and help with the luggage. The drive from the hotel to Universal Studios was short, which saved a lot of time and energy, and we had a great time. The hotel had a rich breakfast, both Chinese and Western, and my family had a great time. The staff was friendly and responsive, and the stay experience was perfect! I will choose this place again next time, and I strongly recommend it to families traveling with the whole family!

This Atour Hotel in Tongzhou is very nice. They poured us tea as soon as we checked in. The front desk checked us in quickly and took the initiative to help us book a shuttle bus to Universal Studios. The hotel also provided porridge and side dishes in the evening, which was great. This service is not available in other hotels. The waiter upstairs was very enthusiastic and greeted us when we met. The room was clean, the air conditioning was strong, and the facilities were new.
