The room is not heated!!! Beijing has no heating at more than 10 degrees below zero! I live on the 10th floor. It is extremely cold. It is like heating the building in the middle of the night. Because there are children, I can't check out in the middle of the night. I can only endure it, but I was frozen all night until the morning. I called the service was too bad and said that there is air conditioning but there is no heating in the whole Beijing. The air conditioner is not hot, cold wind, and later I took the electric heater but it didn't solve any problems! Everyone, especially those with children, please be careful. Don't use your body to warm the building! ! Also, the pictures of the hotel's exterior are not real. It is really shabby. The front desk is a combination of two hotels. The service staff don't know what the hotel room looks like. I went there at 8 o'clock and took me to a room to open it! Said I was new! It's so cold in Beijing in February. Don't come if you don't want to catch a cold! The whole floor is dark and scary, and there is no light on. By the way, the guy at the front desk of another hotel who came in through the door is pretty good!
