The hotel is in a community, and it is in a remote location and difficult to find. There are no obvious signs at the intersection, and you need to take a detour from the outside to the hotel's main entrance. The passage next to the restaurant can directly enter and exit the guest room corridor without going through the lobby, which is a safety hazard. The fruit on the welcome fruit plate was stale and the bananas were broken; the bathrobes were difficult to distinguish between men and women; there were no shelves and non-slip slippers in the shower room; fallen leaves would be brought into the room from the small garden; there were no trash cans near the tea table. 真的實在令人大失所望，一進房間，刺鼻的裝修味便撲鼻而來，那味道濃烈得甚至有些辣眼睛，長時間待在裏面實在難受，想着新開的有多少有味道可以理解，但是這個實在受不了了，窗户是封閉的，根本打不開，沒辦法衹能開着門，才能好一點，但是一點私隱都沒有，這對健康也存在潛在風險。洗澡時更是狀況頻出，洗澡水下不去，而且房間居然沒有地巾，洗完澡出來拖鞋都濕了，聯繫前台拿拖鞋，態度惡劣，不耐煩，不知道員工有沒有培訓過。結果也沒送，衹能穿着濕透的拖鞋，走路都要打滑，作為一家新開業酒店，本應給顧客帶來舒適與驚喜，可這般糟糕的環境實在難以讓人滿意，屋裡待不住想着退房，也不給退！大廳吃個飯也沒地方，都是人家吃過的也不收拾，前台倆人就知道聊天。最受不了的房間杯子也是臟的！！！！希望酒店能儘快解決這些問題，莫要辜負顧客的期待。
