整體入住體驗很不錯！酒店環境優雅，前台服務熱情周到，房間乾淨整潔，隔音效果好。特別驚喜的是提供了歡迎水果，免費停車位也很貼心（不過數量有限）。唯一兩處美中不足：第一，退房當天早上8點就有工作人員敲門詢問打掃，確實會影響休息，可能是流程管理的問題？第二，預訂時頁面顯示的伴手禮最終並未收到，有些遺憾。希望酒店能優化服務細節，讓承諾都能兑現，體驗會更完美～
