Beijing Yunman Smart Hotel (Dongba)

Pros: New room facilities Cons: Small room, often filled with cigarette smoke. I checked in around 2:50 PM and reported the smoke to the front desk around 3:10 PM. They said they would come upstairs to spray liquid to reduce the odor! However, they still didn't show up until around 6:35 AM on August 13th. The smoke made my sleep terrible the entire night! A cleaning cart was placed at the door when I checked in, but it remained there until I checked out. The room was so small that I could only hang clothes on the few hooks behind the door. The bathroom was also small, with no place to hang towels or clothes. I rarely review online, but the smoke was unbearable.

The hotel's surroundings are very nice, the rooms are clean and smart, the front desk reception is very enthusiastic, and there is hot water in the rooms 24 hours a day. The stay experience is perfect!

The bed is very comfortable, the environment is very clean and tidy, a very good experience, I will come again if I have the chance, very very satisfied, very very good, thumbs up👍🏻

The hotel is located in a remote area. It is a small two-story hotel with very poor sound insulation. The door can't be closed tightly and the gap is very large. The front desk was playing games during check-in and check-out and didn't even look at the guests. The hygiene in the room was not good. There was garbage left by the previous owner in the bathroom. The shower gel head was also broken. I will never go there again. It's too bad!!!

Friendly service, convenient transportation, close to the supermarket

The front desk staff was very nice, enthusiastic and patient. The room was clean, fresh and comfortable.
