Room was clean and spacious and staff were helpful. Toilet comes with an automated lid cover and sensor light which is helpful at night.

Staff were very attentive and upgraded us to free breakfast every day. Hotel Service was also great and staff were able to assist us with all sorts of requests. Breakfast was excellent and location was also convenient. Overall, a very pleasant stay.

Front desk staff is so friendly , Ms May provided excellent service. The cleanliness and tidiness were impressive. The bed was very comfortable, and the room facilities were great. Service was excellent overall. Highly recommended!

Location was near the train station and away from most insane jams. Reception was excellent with retrieving our many packages and their robot delivery for most food orders was very convenient. Mostly efficient with requests and room was spacious and quiet. However for a Hilton brand, this hotel misses the mark. The toilet smells. The sitting area was dusty. The housekeeping was incomplete (missing face towels, bathrobes and tissue). Check in staff were cold. Lobby sometimes stank of smoke bcos smoking is allowed within the premises (seems common in China).

Good hotel. staff is attentive. However you need to ask the staff to set your tv since everything is in chinese language. Oh yes, when I stay they didnt open the air conditioner since the staff said the weather outside is cold hahah i found this odd. So room temperature is set at 21 to 23 celcius only.
