The location is about a 10-minute walk from the subway station, which is not too close. It is convenient to ride a bike. It takes about 5 minutes to reach Dongzhimen subway station. Mainly here to listen to Miriam Yeung’s concert. I chose a location closer to the workers' body. And the newly opened one will be cleaner. But I had to wait for a long time when I checked in.

The hotel is newly opened, and I like the layout of the whole room, including the lobby. There are many books in the lobby that can be borrowed to read in the room. The hotel's fragrance is light and smells good. The room is also very clean. The smart TV and smart Xiaodu speakers can control the lights and curtains, which is very convenient. The hotel staff has a good service attitude. It was a very satisfactory stay and I will choose again.

The room is a little small, but the air-conditioning is sufficient. I personally suggest that the light and darkness of the room can be adjusted. In addition, there is a laundry room for washing and drying clothes which is worth mentioning. Overall it’s pretty good 😊

I stayed in room 8102. When I booked the room, I only saw the double bed and didn't notice that there was no window. I can only blame myself for this. The service attitude was good, but the room was problematic. I was very tired and wanted to have a good rest. The room I booked in the morning was reserved for the entrance and exit. The soundproofing of the room was very poor. There were sounds from all directions. There was an aisle on the left side of the room. At 3 or 4 o'clock in the night, there were guests shouting in the aisle, and then the voices of the next room were clearly heard. They kept pressing the switch, and there were sounds of walking on the roof. The right side of the room should be the kitchen. There were sounds at 4 or 5 o'clock and I could smell the smell of the kitchen when I was sleeping in the room. I really don't know what the partition is made of.

Driving to the hotel entrance by car is difficult, the ramp for lifting suitcases into the lobby is inconvenient and steep. Not suitable for guests with heavy suitcases, as they will have to be carried by hand. The rooms are small but clean. The view from the room is on the fence (first floor). The sockets are not designed for equipment with European plugs (but there is a USB, type-c connector), there was no adapter at the reception. The breakfast is poor, there were problems with the coffee machine

Cleanliness and hygiene. Service: It can be better! I took the room card and asked the waiter that today is my husband’s birthday. Is there any surprise in the hotel? In the end, there was nothing, not even a birthday greeting card! I was so disappointed with Atour Group! So I didn’t want to join as a member. .
