Hotel room was so clean and breakfast was tasty. I recommend this hotel to anyone traveling in Beijing. Also, the reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Special thanks to the receptionist named Xiaoxue. Thanks for all service.🤍🙏🏻

We found COCKROACHES!! I stayed at the hotel 4 days, the first 2 days everything seemed normal, but the third day we found a cockroach in the bathroom, which we didn’t think much… until the fourth day, we came back around 11PM to our room and found cockroaches near the bed and our suitcases!! We went to the reception no change rooms but there wasn’t any available, so I checked out early but still had to pay the night, they told they will reimburse 50% of the night I pay but still… I think its not enough!! I have traveled in China for 10 months, staying in far more modest hotels and never in this time have experience something like this. Definitely DO NOT STAY HERE. Around the area you will find more and better hotels option.

The location is great if you want to stay near Universal Studios, but if you want to travel inside the city I think it’s not convenient because is very far from the center. Near the hotel you will find great restaurants and coffee shops, I had a great experience.

The room was spacious and beautiful. The bathroom had a couple of issues, but the young man at reception managed to help me. Communication with the staff was quite well, as well. The location is great. It has a lot of stores nearby, so a traveler wouldn't necessarily need to take a Didi to get good or coffee.
