New and clean hotel interior i.e. lobby, room, dining area etc. Guest room could have been bigger given the location and room rate. ‘鬼街‘ where the long stretch of eateries and restaurants are could be quite a distance if weather becomes too cold.

Hotel staff Joe and Nina were very helpful with the checking in process! Rooms are clean and comfortable. Liked the hair dryer provided in the room too. If a full length mirror can be included in the rooms would be great. Good breakfast spread every morning.

Location is not far from Yonghenggong. My room seems just fully renovated, looks prefect! Will stay this hotel again if I go to Beijing again

We visited Beijing with family of four people. The hotel staffs were very friendly during our visit. They were very accommodating for our requests. Breakfast was delicious and my kids really enjoyed the food especially bread. The location is very convenient and it is surrounded by food, museum, major attractions like Palace Museum and tiananmeng squares are in close proximity. Everything is great except one minor thing, which is the beds are only twin sizes.

I recently stayed at the SSAW Garden Hotel Beijing and it was a great experience. From the moment we saw the front of the hotel it has a unique theme as it’s converted to a hotel from a historical building.
When we were by the entrance the staff saw we were carrying two suitcases and came to assist with our luggages whilst we proceeded to check in.
The room was new and clean and the nice attention to detail with a prepared sour plum drink on the table for us to quench our thirst as it was 30 degrees outside.
The hotel’s facilities contained, a gym, laundry room, restaurant and each floor contain a communal space with free drinks, some snacks and a coffee machine.
Highlights of the stay was we got to make our own good luck bracelet as a memorable souvenir to take home with us.
Overall the stay was memorable experience and I recommend anyone looking to stay in if you are around that area.

Nice experience at SSAW hotel in Beijing. This is a good quality/price hotel. Breakfast was fresh (opening hour at 7AM is too late though, we left 2 days at 6AM and missed it even though we paid for it). The staff doesn't speak English but is friendly. The neighborood is quiet. The only improvements points are the TV in the bedroom which is starting every time you open the room (we didn't want to watch TV) and we didn't succeed in managing the heater control (it was hot in the bedroom at night). Overall a good experience, I recommend this place.

The location is good. Inside the Hutong, can feel the traditional Beijing lifestyle. 10min walking distance to train station.
The hotel is very new. Opened in March 2024. The room is clean. The breakfast is buffet. But the hotel didn’t tell us our booking have breakfast until we asked them. This is not so good. It would be much better if they can tell us before we ask them.
We can understand that it is a new hotel. But there’s still a room for improvement of their services.
