Jinmu Homestay (Shimao Gongsan Branch)

Service of the 管家 was undeniably good - response was prompt. When we requested for something, it was done almost immediately. Instructions on how to get into the apt was also very clear. Location - w/in 10mins walk to Taikoo Li, SOHO. You can find Saboten, 小大董，BK, Butterful & Creamourous, HeyTea, Uniqlo & some other shops. Close to subway station (Line 3 & 17). There's a Luckin Coffee, Muji & Urban Revivo just downstairs. Unit - big enough for family of 4 w/ 2 big beds and ample space for luggage. Families who have a budget should consider as those closer to WFJ cost so much more and have small beds if they are twin-bedded rooms. Nice view from balcony, but we hardly access bcos it was winter. However, condition of the unit we were allocated indeed require some maintenance. Wardrobe doors couldn't be closed properly, bathroom shower door was crackling, & I think the shower area had a leakage somewhere, the floor near the wc was all wet after a bath when it was not where the shower door was fixed. Nonetheless, it had been a great 8 days' stay. Thank you 管家!

The apartment is clean and near the SoHo area, an area with lots of good top restaurants and shops.

The apartment is conveniently located within a 5-minute walk of Workers Stadium MRT station, and we relied on the MRT for most of our travels. One of the beds in the room was a bit too firm for our liking, but when we shared this feedback with the butler, he promptly arranged for the cleaning staff to add a mattress topper, which was much appreciated. Our requests were handled efficiently, and the room’s washing machine was a lifesaver, allowing us to do laundry with ease. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and great value for money.

An amazing apartment for a cheap price. Housekeeper and cleaner were extremely helpful. We were given 8 bottles of good water every day. We are Norwegian but had no troubles figuring out the apartment and area. Would absolutely recommend!

This was honestly one of the best stays we have had in China. The place comfortably fit 6 people and there was space to hang out. The decor is quite cute and plenty of amenities were provided. Although there is only one bathroom, the bathroom is quite spacious. There was room cleaning everyday and they gave us water everyday which was amazing. The host/butler? also contacts you via WeChat to accomodate your stay, so you’ll have to ensure you have WeChat. WeChat’s auto translate feature made everything such a breeze. The area is also quite nice, you are close to Sanlitun so have plenty of shopping all around you. I would highly recommend booking this place.
