The hotel is very close to the airport and offers drop off and pick up service from the airport. Very convenient for odd-hour flights!

The bed was very comfortable, which was one of the few highlights of our stay. Unfortunately, several issues made the experience frustrating and stressful. First, the shower drained extremely slowly—within just five minutes it was nearly overflowing, which was both inconvenient and unpleasant. On top of that, the room’s AI system was incredibly annoying. Every time we went to the bathroom, the AI would start talking, and it was surprisingly difficult to turn off all the lights at night. What should have been simple tasks felt unnecessarily complicated. The worst part, however, was the shuttle bus to the airport. We were told it came and went every 10 minutes, and we followed the instructions to go downstairs at the designated time. But when we arrived, no shuttle was there. After waiting another 10–15 minutes, the shuttle finally showed up—yet it still did not leave right away. When we expressed concern about running late for our flight, the driver reassured us they’d depart soon, but it became clear that the shuttle does not actually operate every 10 minutes as advertised. By the time we reached the airport, we were rushed through check-in and security by the airline staff and nearly missed our flight. Had we known how unreliable the shuttle service was, we would have booked a Didi (ride-hailing service) instead. Despite the comfortable bed, this was a terrible and stressful experience, and we cannot recommend this hotel. Reliable transportation to the airport is critical for travelers, and the misleading information we were given caused unnecessary anxiety and nearly cost us our flight.
