We had a wonderful stay with our family here. Xiao Si was very supportive in providing the necessary things that we wanted. The facilities and cleaning was very good. We enjoyed using the projector in room for home theatre experience.

房東及民宿管家人都很好，有問必答！服務很好。
民宿空間很大，住起來很舒服，這次訂了四晚。
民宿離東四十條站較近，離三里屯很近，想逛街能到這兒感受一下流行時尚。
東四十條站附近有四季民福烤鴨，記得先預約！民宿樓下也很多吃飯的地方。

酒店交通便捷，位置優越，離工體太古裏SOHO不行幾分鐘即到。第一次在市中心住到這麼放心舒心的民宿，服務很好，房間大很多，乾淨整潔，沒有異味，温度適宜，現在是冬天了不開空調室內也很暖。出差住酒店睡眠很重要，酒店的床和枕頭都很舒適，軟硬適中。贊！

衛生差，會有蟑螂，房東說大廈有其他居民會煮食，難免有蟑螂🥲也不是每天打掃，當天回去蟑螂屍體還在。第一天入住，淋浴位置是有漏水，跟房東說了，要補膠水，但同行小朋友唔能聞這膠水味，也只能先住著吧，好奇這些修補不是之前就應該弄好嗎？為什麼沒弄好就讓人訂房？我是訂得大房6人住，但不是每天補添咖啡，6人住只是補添2包咖啡和茶包，水有6瓶，要問才能補添咖啡，房東也很積極溝通，還不錯！另外，這家主打投影施備，房東特別調好投影才走的，但是投影很模糊，真的無語了。地點有點難找，每次司機都唔知道怎樣去民宿，不會再訂這家了。
