房間乾淨整潔，設施齊全，佈置温馨舒適，像家一樣。床品柔軟舒服，床墊貼合身體曲線，讓我一夜好眠。浴室配有高品質的洗浴用品，洗得乾淨又舒適。
酒店服務也是一流的，員工們熱情周到，總是微笑着向我問好，提供及時且專業的幫助和建議。入住期間，有任何需求都能迅速得到滿足。

門的隔音差，走廊裏的説話聲音在屋內聽的非常真切。另外一個問題是，屋內空間狹小逼仄，説套房真的很勉強。內部沒有門，沒門的話和普通房型區別就不大了。兩個房間的埡口還緊挨着，和屋門也衹有一步之遙。睡覺翻身打呼都會互相打擾，要套房就是因為需要內部有門啊，推拉門按一個就會好很多吧，多一道門才能更隔音不是嗎，唉……説套房有些勉強，充其量是個迷你雙床房，太狹小了。衞生也很不好，真的有點太不好了。那個馬桶，一刷就乾淨的事，就細緻點唄。還有好多污漬都看不下去…屋裡又小，人除了坐在床上，都沒地方待！唯一的優點是前台的女孩子還挺好的…

房間頁面描述的是對外窗户，結果到了酒店前台告訴你衹剩下對外的小窗户，就是那種老鼠窗，都是閣樓改出來的房間！另外房間隔音效果非常不好，是非常不好，隔壁房間説話都聽的清楚！房間淋浴系統設備老舊，水温忽冷忽熱，不容易調節温度，房間傢俱是新的，刺鼻新傢俱味道明顯！！隔壁房間安排婚房也不告訴你，早上7點喊到八點多，前台輕飄飄一句下次提醒你，旅遊在外住過好多酒店，這次體驗最差！！不推薦

房間有客人抽完的煙頭 房間沒有吹風機 前台聲稱有幾個房間互用 5樓比4樓房間強點 應該是離前台遠配置相對仔細吧

本來到的晚 湊合洗個澡睡着得了 也沒精力換地方 直接水漫金山 都快進屋了 要知道站在這水裡的感覺令人……
硬件不行 服務也差 套間標準四人入住 衹給兩瓶水 一早清潔人員工作那麼大聲説話
