服務人員和善熱情！經理平易可親！環境舒爽大氣！交通通達便利！唯一美中不足的是，浴室地磚巨滑無比，會給長者及孩子造成一定威脅，得想辦法改善一下。

天昊源度假村由北京利源祥集團公司投資，建成已經有10多年的歷史，2022年4月9日入住體驗如下：
優點：
1.房間寬敞，適合帶娃出行，甚至可以在屋裡跑
2.性價比高，4月是平谷旅遊旺季（踏青和觀桃花），平谷同等級別的酒店要比這家貴出一倍以上
3.距離丫髻山比較近，尤其從市區來此，不用經過平谷中心區便能到達丫髻山
4.入住酒店可以免費在一層洗浴
5.停車方便，免費+地方大
6.服務人員熱情有禮貌，見面也主動打招呼
不足：
1.周邊不太繁華，雖然離公交站很近，但餐館都在馬路對面，而且以小飯店為主，建議自駕
2.設施老舊，櫃子裏比較臟，有潔癖的就不要住了，像我也是愛乾淨，衹要床鋪乾淨還是能接受的
3.酒店無早餐，馬路斜對面有很多餐館，但本人沒有去

真心不錯，有些歷史的一個度假村，但是重新裝修了，床鋪乾淨，屋子寬敞，價格也合理，非常滿意。下次還住這裏。

老酒店，傍邊的餐廳是結婚場地，食品不錯。停車方便，就是不帶早餐，買早餐需要過馬路，品種不多。

酒店整潔、安靜，洗浴中心也很好，不用在客房洗澡、省心。特別是服務態度真好！久違了的家的親切感覺！明年大桃季節到平谷，還住這家！謝謝服務員的熱情周到！酒店附設的本幫菜也很好吃！關鍵是還很便宜！
