I booked this hotel because of its good location and the fact that it also has a washing machine and dryer. The room was generally good, but the air conditioner was useless and I could only open the window for ventilation. I especially want to thank the lady who was in charge of cleaning the tenth floor during the day. She was very nice and never impatient when I asked for water or anything like that. I thought this was the standard of the hotel, but when I booked again and stayed on another floor, I realized that only this cleaner had a good attitude. The cleaner on another floor always had a cold face and was very impatient when I asked for water. There is no judgment without comparison!

They are all pretty good, the room is spacious, there are many restaurants nearby, takeaways can be delivered to the room by robots, and 4 elevators are sufficient. The free honey yogurt in the lobby can be taken back to the room, and the drinking water provided is sufficient. The room temperature is suitable, not too hot or dry, not too cold

The room was fully equipped, but one night there was a strong wind and there was a whistling sound in the room.

The lobby is on the first floor, and there are free water, candied haws and candies at the front desk. Breakfast is on the fifth floor and has a rich variety. During the Spring Festival, the rooms are full, and there are many people dining in the morning. There are cases where the meals are not updated in time and the meals are not collected in time. The room is quite spacious, with a washing machine, dryer, refrigerator, induction cooker, and various kitchen utensils. The indoor temperature can be adjusted and there is central air conditioning. You can't watch the TV and there is no wifi. Overall it is recommended
