Nice hotel. Laundry is a super bonus when you travel with children, thank you! The breakfast was good. We quickly changed the room, because in the previous one there was a smell of cigarettes, which did not go away. The reception always helps to solve your question very quickly. It's a good experience.

Really nice and fairly new hotel reasonably close to Beijings main attractions. Great breakfast. Comfortable beds, great bathroom.

💫Stayed at Hampton by Hilton Beijing Communication University, which just opened in April 2025, the experience was full! Must give five stars! From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was warmly healed. The bright and simple decoration exuded a brand new feeling. The staff was warm and thoughtful throughout the whole process, and even their smiles were just the right temperature✨. The room layout is very attentive, and smart devices are available. There is a wide variety of Chinese and Western food for breakfast, but today's bacon 🥓 is a bit old, and the dessert is a bit sweet and not very delicious. Everything else is OK... The location is still OK. Whether it is a business trip or a vacation, it can give you full comfort and peace of mind. It is highly recommended to everyone.

When I returned to China for a trip, I stayed at this hotel. The front desk beauty Sun Xutong was very enthusiastic and arranged two adjacent rooms for our family. The smiling beauty Hu Yao helped us to reserve seats at the next door Four Seasons Minfu, so that our family could eat delicious roast duck. In addition, the lovely beauty Yan Zi carefully planned the travel plan for us. We spent the shortest time and visited the most places of interest. Sister Zhou Lifen, who cleaned the room, cleaned the room cleanly and tidy, and responded to every request. The breakfast was rich in variety and taste, especially Mr. Zhao Jingsong from the catering department, who smiled, polite and enthusiastic throughout the whole process, so that our family felt the service of a super five-star hotel. The warm and thoughtful service of all the staff of your hotel has formed a beautiful landscape in the capital.

Location: It's just 10 to 15 minutes from the Bird's Nest, making it perfect for event-goers. It's also conveniently located just outside Beijing's 3rd ring road. Freshness: The hotel feels brand new, offering a modern ambiance. Service: The check-in staff went the extra mile to accommodate my requests. Spacious Rooms: The rooms are large and comfortable, though a luggage holder would be a useful addition. Complimentary Breakfast: They offer a delicious breakfast with a wide variety of choices. Complimentary Laundry: Self service so arrive early as there may be a wait In summary, it's excellent value for money and highly recommended for Beijing sightseers, especially those interested in the Bird's Nest area.

Pro: Great staffs, easy check ins and check outs. Room was big. There was a luckin coffee branch in the lobby, so convenient. Breakfast buffet was good, and free use of laundry room available 24/7. There's small convenience store in front of lobby. Cons: Location is next to railway, so only for train enthusiasts, otherwise you'll be up until the last train and be woken up at the first train.... No aircon in the room, only heater during the winter, no matter the setting in the hvac control panel. So the choices are either be stuffed in or open the window and be disturbed by the traffic noises. A bit far from the nearest mrt station, walk 8-9 minutes along a barren road. Overall, ok hotel, but wished the location could be better.

I love staying at this hotel when I need a break away from my home. It is super comfortable and warm, in this cold winter! Bathrooms were clean and modern. Breakfast was top notch and caters to chinese/western appetites (The milk and water could be hotter because it was just warm and not as enjoyable). Nancy the manager was very awesome and regularly check up on us. We even got a plate of fruit to wish us a Merry Christmas. Definitely my go to hotel in Beijing!

Very nice hotel with friendly and helpful front desk service staff. Excellent properties with plenty of amenities. Good breakfast with many choices of Chinese and western selections. Very clean restaurant with excellent service crew. Special compliment should be given to restaurant supervisor 黄文. .She treated us like a vip guest with warm welcome and excellent customer service. Once again, thank you so much for the excellent stay and beautiful experience with Hampton. We will definitely looking forward to stay in Hampton hotel again.

What touched me even more was that the hotel also gave the children a free buffet breakfast. The children ate happily and I saved a lot of worry. The location of the hotel is very convenient. It is close to the Summer Palace, Tsinghua University, Yuanmingyuan, and Xiangshan. It is very convenient to take a taxi or subway. The surrounding facilities are also complete, and it is very convenient to go out for food and shopping. The overall service is very warm, the room is clean and tidy, and the facilities are also new. The hotel is located in the Shahe business district, the environment is really good, and it is also close to the surrounding attractions. There are many restaurants nearby, supermarkets, and entertainment are very complete. The facilities and equipment in the room are very smart, suitable for business people and young people!
