We went for a weekend staycation. Even. The the weather did not cooperate the hotel was great. Staff is friendly and professional. They are very accommodating, even though we checked in late, the restaurant still made us a full meal for dinner and they were near closing. There are plenty of food options (breakfast buffet was mediocre but had tasty choices), nice bar, great location, and shopping inside and around. The interior decor is excellent.

Environment: It is very convenient to get to the hotel after getting off the highway. The road is wide and the entrance to the basement is clearly marked, but the parking space in the basement is a bit narrow. Facilities: The courtyard and the building are all clean and bright. There is also a pool of water in the courtyard, which is good for digestion after a meal. The restaurant has a wide variety of breakfasts, both Chinese and Western staples are good, the noodle stall and the bread counter are always producing, and the watermelon and orange are also very sweet. The facilities in the fitness department also look quite new. There is a small swimming pool, a small gym and a billiard table. It is good to do a little exercise after dinner. There are also quite a lot of people. There are still quite a lot of people at 9 o'clock in the evening, and there is no strict closing time. By the way, the only thing that I feel is not very good is that the bed is a bit hard and the pillow is a bit too soft. It is not very comfortable to sleep during pregnancy. Service: From the basement guide to the front desk, the restaurant service staff and the ladies in the fitness department are very enthusiastic. The ladies in the fitness department will take the initiative to help maintain order when children come to watch playing billiards. It is very considerate. Hygiene: The beds and bathroom in the room are very clean and safe to use.

The service is as good as ever, very warm and considerate. The front desk reception service is thoughtful! The breakfast is rich in variety and the food is replenished in time. It is a five-minute walk to Guang'anmen Hospital. It is very suitable to stay here for follow-up visits!

The common areas were well-maintained, creating a relaxed and inviting atmosphere. My room was another highlight of the stay. It was spacious, modern, and well-designed with all the comforts I could ask for. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the room was equipped with all the necessary amenities, including a minibar and a smart TV. I loved the attention to detail, from the sleek furniture to the high-quality toiletries provided in the bathroom. Cleanliness was a priority, and it showed throughout the hotel. My room was spotless when I checked in and was maintained perfectly throughout my stay. The housekeeping team did an excellent job, and the public spaces were just as immaculate. Breakfast was a wonderful way to start the day. The spread was diverse, with something for everyone—fresh fruit, a variety of pastries, hot dishes, and delicious coffee. It was clear that quality ingredients were used, and everything was prepared with care. Overall, I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Great location, excellent facilities, impeccable cleanliness, and delicious breakfast—everything exceeded my expectations. I’ll definitely be returning next time I’m in town!

It can be seen that the hotel facilities are a bit old. The balcony faces the center of the lake and the view is great. The overall service is very good, parent-child friendly, there are fewer people on weekdays, the water quality is clean, the water temperature of the children's pool is suitable, the hot spring can be entered and exited multiple times, tea is provided, and the salt bed experience is great. Dad said that the leg pain has been relieved a lot, and he is still thinking about going again. Remember to bring a swimming cap. Special thanks to Zhang Suli and the hotel staff who sent welcome fruits. They were enthusiastic and guided us throughout the whole process. Seeing that we brought a baby, they took the initiative to provide children's products and crib guards. It completely exceeded expectations. Every staff member was very warm and friendly to the baby. It is very suitable for a family trip.
