Family-friendly Hotels in Beijing

Got introduced to this hotel, which was amazingly good. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel is located just across jinyuhutong metro station. Along the hotel has a lot of eateries options (for guest's hotel booking without breakfast). The room is comfortable enough. This brand will be my 1st choice to consider whenever in China.

My wife and I were in Beijing for visas, Boyue hotel was great for our stay because of its location, the staff is friendly and the room is clean, we are very happy with our choice.

The Kerry Hotel Beijing boasts an excellent location within the central business district of Beijing, situated right next to the Guomao 國貿 area. The surrounding neighborhood is described as decent and refined. While the hotel is located within the 3rd ring road of Beijing, it is still conveniently close to major tourist attractions like the Forbidden City. The rooms are clean and well-equipped, with ample supplies and amenities provided. One example noted is the inclusion of an iron in the room, which I found very useful for ironing my clothes after taking them out of my luggage for each trip. The hotel also provides a free flow of drinking water, with the housekeeper leaving me four bottles per day. However, the real highlight of the stay was the exceptional service provided by the hotel staff. I was particularly impressed by the housekeeper on the 12th floor, who proactively asked if the room needed cleaning or if any additional supplies were needed when she saw me returning. When I requested extra towels and slippers for the swimming pool, the room service staff prepared additional items just in case. At the pool, the lifeguard noticed I had to have a swimming hat to swim, and he then helped me source one since I did not have one. He also saw that I had difficulty putting on the cap, and took the time to teach me the proper technique. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with the attentive and helpful nature of all the hotel staff, stating they provided excellent service throughout my stay.

The hotel is lovely, big and feels luxurious. The room was good, but beds are small. It seems strange that a hotel like this would have double beds. Ideally hotel beds should be King. The pool area was lovely, but the fact that hotel guests have to pay for access to the hot springs is not good. It should be included with all room bookings. Our main negative point about this hotel was the service. It’s was shocking. When ordering a drink and meal in the bar/lounge area, it took over an hour to get anything we ordered and then multiple orders were incorrect. Nobody working there seemed to know what they were doing. Another concern we noted was that when we phoned the reception from our room, there was nobody at reception who could speak English. We made a booking for 4 people, but the room was only set up for two, so when we asked for more towels, pillows and water bottles. They were delivered to our room but just dumped in a pile near the door. This didn’t seem quite right and not what we expected from a hotel of this caliber.

Always a good time staying here. Nothing to complain about all positive reviews, friendly staff, clean rooms, and comfortable beds and amazing breakfast. I always recommend this hotel to my friends. My recent stay here decided to book the deluxe suites, which are the newly renovated suits, I must say they are a bit smaller so maybe not ideal if you are traveling in a group , family or you like your space.

We had a very good stay; the staff is very friendly and the pool is a highlight, especially for families.

Stayed our last 3 nights in the Beijing Four Seasons hotel(the first 4 nights in Regent)from 1-3-24 to 4-3-24, room no.1703. The up is the room and the facility. The room is spacious, comfy and good view from the bathroom. Also, the pool and sauna are great with good service. The down is the breakfast and the receptionist. The breakfast area is in the lobby instead of the restaurant, which is a lack of manpower as no one standing in the reception of the breakfast area in our first 2 days, also they didn't get your plate off promptly when you finished your meal, just last day we saw the staff in the gate of breakfast area for service, maybe someone ”Big” came to stay! The taste and the choice of the food are just okay, I think worse than Beijing Regent. Also, the receptionists always keep a bad face during check-in and check-out, no respect, I find it hard to believe I stayed in the Four Seasons hotel! To be honest, the service is far away from Hong Kong and Bangkok's Four Seasons hotel. Overall, just average stayed, the service can be much better.

I stayed at Regent Beijing from June 1-3, 2024, and it was a wonderful experience. The hotel’s central location made exploring the city very convenient. The staff were exceptionally kind and attentive, ensuring I felt at home throughout my stay. My room was not only spacious but also beautifully decorated, offering a stunning city view. The breakfast spread was excellent, with a wide range of delicious choices. I also enjoyed an exquisite dinner at their restaurant, where the cuisine and service were top-notch. Regent Beijing exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend it. I'm looking forward to my next visit!

It was wonderful hotel and they help a lot. They can speak English. Happy to stay here. We didn’t have breakfast at hotel so I dont know about breakfast.

Very fancy hotel located in a business area of Beijing. Nearest metro station is 5 minutes of walking distance (line 1) which will get you everywhere around the city. Staff spoke a good English (not to be taken for granted in China) so communication was easy and effortless. The hotel has a nice gym, swimming pool and SPA. Overall a very high level experience.
