Staff was very friendly and helpful, the staff all spoke englush even the cleaning lady that helped us finding our room. We had a room with a view of the garden. The room also has everything a person needs for a night.

The location is very convinient. The hotel is right next to a shopping mall and the subway station. Checking in was quite smooth. The staff were nice and polite. However, we needed to go to the information desk twice because the key weren't working. Finally, a staff came and told us that there was a problem with the door itself. He immediately fixed it. The room was clean but the bathroom smelled like urine. I do hope they could do a better job in cleaning the bathroom. The people occupying the room next to us were really noisy. We wanted to have a good rest but they started talking loudly with other people right at the door. It was very disturbing. It didn't stop right there, when others left, still 2 people were talking loudly in the next room. It was very annoying. Checking out was smooth. The staff who assisted us was very nice.

One of the best hotel I have stayed. Value for money. Decided to stay another night. Time permitting, a third night. To be decided. Spacious and clean. Ample selection at breakfast. Well located. Only a few km from subway. Night street food stalls meters away. Power points galore. Ideal for charging my 4 devices. Staff service amazing. So friendly. Met me outside to take me into the hotel. And the bidet will complete this wonderful package. Definitely will return.

A very good hotel with very good service. There is a little girl named Li Ru at the front desk who is very enthusiastic. Not only did she upgrade my room type for free, but she also gave me a children's doll when I brought a child. The child liked it very much. The room is also very good, the cleaning is very clean and tidy, and the area is the largest I have ever stayed in Beijing. It is very nice. There is also a robot service. Takeaway orders can be delivered directly to the room. It is very convenient. There is everything to eat, drink and have fun nearby. It's a shopping mall, opposite a park, and there's a Nairbao nearby, which is very suitable for bringing children to play. All in all, it was a very pleasant stay!

The advantage is that the hotel has a good location, free parking, and the grandpa watching the car at the door is very nice and very enthusiastic, thank you! The disadvantage is that there are a lot of bugs in the room, and there are small bugs on the bathroom and floor stand. I wish I had more time to enjoy what this hotel had to offer as I was there for a sad trip and didn’t spend much time at the hotel. The staff are amazing and every person who helped at the front desk spoke English. The hotel it self was clean, and had a great feel about it. The breakfast buffet, although I only had an opportunity once to eat there, was great. They had a smaller variety than most but they had enough of. Both Chinese and western foods to keep everyone happy. I was surprised they had both whole and skimmed milk also. Honestly, a great place and worth the stay. It is far from the city Centre so if you need to go there, it’s not worth the trip but if you need a place close to Daxing then definitely use these guys. Sadly I didn’t have time for photos , but their photos provided are very true to what you get

For tourists - it is far away from everything, but quality of the hotel makes up for the location which is not bad in itself, it just requires a bit longer ride to the tourist attactions. The surroundings of the hotel are convinient, with grocery store and restaurants within the building, and more shops, western fast food restaurants, parks, and supermarkets on a walking distance. Room was spacious, modern and clean, with a huge bed and daily cleaning. Staff do not speak English, but it was not a problem as we managed to communicate via translation apps and they catered to all our needs. Breakfast was excellent, there were many options and everything was delicious.

Several times when I stayed at the hotel for breakfast in the restaurant, the waiter reminded us that we were individual guests, to sit sideways, to keep a distance from the crew, this rule and practice are very unreasonable, impolite, and do not respect the guests.
